Warranty Terms:

Limited Warranty:

This Limited Warranty ("Warranty") applies to the HDMI cable ("Product") manufactured and sold by DigiReach ("Company") to the original purchaser ("Purchaser").

1. Warranty Coverage:

Company warrants that the Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 2 years for Copper HDMI Cables & 3 Years for Fiber HDMI Cables from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period").

2. Exclusions:

This Warranty does not cover:

a. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or improper installation. b. Damage caused by alterations, modifications, or repairs made by anyone other than Company or its authorized representatives. c. Damage caused by acts of nature, including but not limited to lightning, flood, fire, or other external causes. d. Normal wear and tear.

3. Warranty Claim Procedure:

To make a warranty claim, Purchaser must:

a. Contact Company's customer service department at DigiReach Website within the Warranty Period. b. Provide proof of purchase (e.g., original sales receipt) and a detailed description of the alleged defect.

4. Company's Obligations:

If the Product is found to be defective within the Warranty Period, Company, at its option, will:

a. Repair the defective Product. b. Replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished Product. c. Refund the purchase price of the defective Product.

5. Limitation of Liability:

Company's liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund as set forth in Section 4 above. In no event shall Company be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Product, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory.

6. Disclaimer:

Except for the express warranties set forth herein, Company disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Governing Law:

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad.

8. Entire Agreement:
